Scan the patient's bracelet, then the medication's label — the right patient, right medication, and right time are verified before charting, with the dose and route shown large for a visual check. The wrong patient is a hard stop, an already-given dose is blocked, and a too-early dose needs a recorded reason. Works by QR code or a single NFC tap.
Monthly Medication Administration Records built from who-gave-what-when data: administration times in your facility's local time, skipped and refused doses charted with reasons, and dedicated Exceptions and Corrections sections — printed on a header with your facility's name, address, and phone.
Every charting action — given, skipped, refused, corrected — lands in an append-only, tamper-evident journal. Staff chart their own entries; changing someone else's requires the manager or a designated wing lead, and the correction is recorded with their name and what it replaced.
